If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your electronic items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included.
Initiate Return
Log in to your account, go to 'Order History', and select the 'Return Item' button to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Item
Place the device in its original box with all manuals, cables, and accessories. Ensure the package is securely sealed.
Attach Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it to the outside of the package, covering any old shipping labels.
Drop Off
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
